Matthew is a 28-year entrepreneur with experience in information technology, financing, real estate, automotive, and community service with a bachelor's degree along with years of experience, he provides service with a passion. His corporate training at BFI (fortune 500) gave him an invaluable corporate structure. Working his way up to Major Accounts show his commitment to success.
His passion for lending has given him the desire and willingness to be great. He has built his knowledge along with real-world experience as a lender and builder to create a professional who has what it takes to work with a great team.
Matthew also currently owns a car dealership and also has owned and managed multiple rental properties for over 22 years. being one of the managing partners at JMP Start Development adds tremendous value to being a real estate lender. John McGhee II
John has an astounding 25 years’ worth of experience in the real estate industry. Growing up, he watched his parents amass a sizable real estate business. As his parents handled the intricacies of day-to-day dealings, John watched and learned. Skills such as housing and property management were mastered, not in the classroom but at his parents’ hands during real-world scenarios, quickly as he was called upon to help the family business. With a family rich in community involvement and property management, he quickly realized there was more to real estate than just business.
“Living the American Dream,” is much more difficult than many recognize or can comprehend. While the McGhee family business grew and flourished, John noticed many in his immediate circles struggled to own a single, primary residence. As a man rooted in faith and service, he was pivotal in designing the Financial Freedom/Debt Management Program presented by McGhee Ministries. Not only did he purchase his first home at the young age of 21 on his own, but he was also able to educate, facilitate, and encourage friends, classmates, and their families to join the ranks of homeownership utilizing his program. Additionally, he grew his own real estate empire purchasing homes around the great sunshine state of Florida.
These days, John continues to encourage wealth through real estate by teaching helpful tactics for credit repair, money management, and property acquisition. His depth and breadth of experience include traditional rentals, Airbnb management, and new construction.
Clark Williams is a real estate investment professional that began his career with a strong background in Fintech solutions. Prior to Vi Capital Lending, Mr. Williams served as a National Account Manager for First Data Merchant Processing and Fiserv Corporation specializing in net new business development. As a manager, he led a team of
consultants responsible for various areas of new business growth ranging from technology solutions for small businesses (5-250 employees) to Unified communication systems for nationwide organizations (10,000-50,000 employees).
Clark graduated from Georgia State university, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a Minor in Hospitality Administration. Mr. Williams is a Proven leader with 10 years of business development and sales consulting experience as well as a proven track record of exceeding performance and
productivity standards through analyzing performance metrics then implementing a strong foundation of solutions-based sales skills. Focusing on the ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment to exceed expectations,
Clark displays strong interpersonal skills which enable effective written and verbal communication with clients and collaboration among team members to assist in eclipsing the overall team goal. He is an effective problem-solver
with demonstrated ability to provide vision and then translate that vision into productive actions.
Mr. Grant-Acquah is a real investment specialist highly adept at real estate investment analysis, acquisitions, and sales. Prior to Vi Capital Lending, Mr. Grant-Acquah served as Sales Manager at an investment real estate brokerage firm that specialized in the acquisition and disposition of investment real estate in the Atlanta Metro area. As Sales Manager, he led a team that completed up to 100 residential transactions a month. During his last 4 years of tenure, Mr. Grant-Acquah led teams and personally completed more than $350 million in combined acquisitions and dispositions of real estate transactions. Mr. Grant-Acquah is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia.
Before Mr. Grant-Acquah’s start in real estate, he spent five years in business development and consulting roles working with startup and information technology companies.
Mr. Grant-Acquah graduated with Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and received a Cooperative Education Certificate. He attended Worcester College in Oxford, England as part of the Georgia Tech Oxford Study Abroad Program.
