Matthew B. Coleman is a 30-year entrepreneur with deep experience across information technology, finance, real estate, automotive, and community service. With a bachelor's degree and decades of hands-on leadership, Matthew delivers every service with passion, purpose, and professionalism.

His corporate foundation was built at BFI, a Fortune 500 company, where he advanced to Major Accounts—a role that honed his discipline, structure, and results-driven mindset.

Today, Matthew is a respected lender and builder whose real-world experience has made him a trusted voice in real estate development and private lending. His passion for funding projects and supporting others in their entrepreneurial journey fuels his continued success.

He currently owns and operates a car dealership and has owned and managed multiple rental properties for over three decades. As a managing partner at JMP Start Development, Matthew has led the construction of luxury homes and modern commercial spaces, adding unique value as a lender who understands construction from the ground up.

His vision expanded with the launch of Vision Group R.E. Development, a firm committed to collaborating on new builds, development projects, and modern renovations that serve a growing client base. With a service-first mentality and a commitment to integrity, Vision Group continues to grow as a trusted name in the market.

Roslyn S. Thomas brings over 25 years of legal experience, specializing in commercial litigation and labor & employment law. With a deep understanding of complex transactions and a sharp eye for detail, her career naturally evolved into real estate and financial services—fields where precision and strategy matter most.

In 2024, Roslyn became a licensed Georgia realtor and transitioned fully into the lending and real estate financing industry. Her legal background, paired with her real estate expertise, allows her to guide clients through funding opportunities with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.

Roslyn’s entrepreneurial journey includes owning and operating a successful restaurant and event venue for seven years. During that time, she launched R.E.D. Events, LLC, where she oversaw logistics, budgeting, and contract negotiations for Fortune 500 clients, universities, non-profits, studios, and faith-based organizations.

As a lending executive, Roslyn combines her legal insight, operational discipline, and growing passion for the financial side of real estate—where numbers meet vision and funding turns ideas into assets. She thrives in helping clients understand not only what’s possible, but how to structure deals that serve them long-term. Hakiim doesn’t just talk about real estate, he’s actively done the work. From sourcing undervalued assets to crafting winning exit strategies, he knows what it takes to get deals across the finish line.
